Please have the following information on hand when placing an order:
purchase order number, customer account number, billing address, accounts payable contact name, shipping address,
product catalog number, description, and quantity, and end user’s name, department and phone number.
Our working hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time.
Payment
Purchase order numbers are required for sales. Accepted forms of payment are checks and wire -transfers.
Payment terms are NET 30 days. If a payment is not received within net 30 days,
Buyer agrees to pay all costs, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney and accounting fees and other
expenses of collection resulting from Buyer in any of the terms hereof.
